Roads in heavily populated areas of Morocco are generally of a very good standard, with a complex highway system linking major towns and cities. Roads in more rural or mountainous regions, however, are of a far poorer standard – some are even unusable at certain times of the year thanks to climate-related issues. Bus services cover a lot of the country and provide cheap, regular connections to most towns and cities – even if it can be a bit overcrowded. Coach services cover even more specific destinations and offer more comfort, though at a higher price. Taxi and bus services are present in towns across the country, offering reasonably priced and reliable public transport links. Train services through Morocco are frequent, reliable and amongst the cheapest in the world. Obviously, fares are pricier for things such as air conditioning or first class, but comparatively speaking these are some very cheap fares indeed. Services are generally safe and not too crowded, and a lot of locations in the country are easily reachable. Internal flights are offered to a number of destinations by both Royal Air Maroc and Regional Airlines. Car Hire: http://www.europcar.com http://www.avis.com http://www.hertz.com
